I/O MAPPER
The I/O Mapper is used for point-to-point communications where it is required to send input information from a MM8DI or MM8AI input module to a MM8DO or MM8AO output module over the network. The I/O Mapper is the Modbus master and all I/O modules must be set up as slaves. The I/O Mapper is only required if there is more than one pair of modules on the network. When the I/O Mapper is used, The ID's of the Digital modules must be set up in the range 0 to 31 and the Analog modules must be set up in the range 32 to 47, starting at the bottom of the range. The Input and Output modules must be set to the same ID.
